Hall Rental
Lodge Rentals Pinellas Lodge 43 offers rental of the FOP Lodge at reduced prices for its members and competitive rates for the public. Standard Rates:
All rentals are at the rate of $150.00 per hour with a 2 hour minimum. Set up and clean up are also billed at 150.00 per hour. Rentals are not to extend past 12:00 AM (midnight) or a 100.00 per quarter hour fee will be charged. All rentals require a deposit of $500.00
FOP members are $75.00 per hour plus $500 security deposit.
Rental includes: Kitchen facilities
Ice machine 600#
Two warming (no cooking allowed inside) ovens
Two refrigerators
(15) 60" Round tables
(21) eight foot rectangular tables
(200+) chairs
You are free to bring in your own food and beverages without restrictions or added costs to you.
Damage deposit required, refunded after event if no extra time, problems, damages, or extra cleanup required.
This is strictly enforced.
