Fop Pinellas Lodge 43 offers our active members a Group Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance Policy through the Standard Insurance Company.  The policy provides for a $50,000 accidental death benefit as well as benefits for the loss of sight, speech, hearing,or limbs as outlined in the policy.

Cost of the coverage is $5.00 per month and can be included in your chosen method of dues payment.

Retired members who elect  coverage will be billed on an annual basis seperately from your annual retirement dues.
